Merchline / RIVALS has a policy of free returns. If you are not 100% satisfied with your items, you may return your order for a refund on all eligible merchandise (original shipping charges are non-refundable). Our return policy is effective for up to 30 days from when the order is fulfilled.
We want you to have the best experience when shopping online with us, so if for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase, please follow the easy steps below to place a return:

to visit our Returns Portal to initiate your return. Our inventory tends to change over quickly, so to place an "exchange", please go ahead and initiate the return, and go ahead and place a new order for the size / product desired.

We will email you a pre-paid return shipping label.
- - Step #3:
Package and ship your return, and please allow 7 - 14 days upon receipt for the return to be processed. That’s it!
* International Orders
We are unable to provide our international customers with a pre-paid return label (dang!). As a result, we ask that you cover the cost of the return shipping.

Returned items must be unworn / unwashed, undamaged, in a re-sellable condition and in any applicable original packaging (not having original poly bags is ok).
What if I received incorrect or defective product with my order?
